• Extended surface mounted louvre with a pitch of 34mm.
• All profiles are manufactured from aluminium extrusions.
• Z-shaped louvre blades.
•  Frame profiles with a total height of 35.7 mm.

Material

• Aluminium - all parts (frame profile, clips and blades) are manufactured from aluminium extrusions Al Mg Si 0,5 (6063 T6)
• Profile thickness: minimum 1.0 mm.

Finish :

• Natural anodised15-22micron
• Polyester powder coated - BS6496
• Powder coating in any RAL or B/S colour available
• Thickness of powder coating 40 micron minimum

Protection :

• Fibre glass insect mesh fitted as standard.
• Other meshes available as an option
• A reinforcement profile carrying extra blade supports is fitted when the width of the louvre is > 700mm.

Manufacture

• The wall louvre consists of an extended square box frame profile.
• The aluminium louvre clips are glided into the frame profile. The aluminium louvre blades are clipped into the louvre clips.
• The blade pitch is 34mm & the visual free area is 64%.

• Aluminium water drainage profile can be fitted at the bottom of the louvre to ensure better water tightness.
